Maika Ruto-Nyla

Although I'm apart of the club I haven't drawn any Zoras for quite a long time, and I'm excited to be back, so I decided to celebrate with this pic!

This is Maika Ruto-Nyla, a zora that came from a time between OoT and TP.
My best friend, Perla suggested the first name, because in her zoran language, it means "Today", so her full name means "Live for Today"
I wanted her personality to match her name, so I drew her in a fun water pose. Her profession is Water Dancer, which is basically Sancrinized swimming, in human terms.

I don't like the new style that nintendo did on zoras in TP, but I wanted to update from my old style that I first learned how to do, so that's why I drew her the way I did.

Note: I don't have a scanner, so I took a pic with my camera phone, so I could post it up here.
